What is Depression?
Major depressive disorder (MDD), usually referred to as depression, is a mood illness characterised by persistent feelings of sadness and hopelessness as well as a lack of interest or pleasure in formerly pleasurable activities. Concentration Issues: People with depression frequently struggle with concentration, decision-making, and memory.
Guilt or Worthlessness: Many people who are depressed have strong feelings of guilt, blame, or worthlessness.
Depression can cause physical symptoms like headaches, gastrointestinal issues, and persistent discomfort.
